Cancellation / Refund Policy

Reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. If you cancel at least seven (7) days before your arrival, you'll receive a full refund minus 3% transaction fees. Cancelling within seven days but before 48 hours of check-in incurs a 53% charge. Not showing up or cancelling within 48 hours of check-in results in no refund.
