living history farms. This restored 19th-century farmstead brings the past to
life through hands-on experiences, heritage buildings, and costumed
interpreters demonstrating traditional skills. What makes Ross Farm
especially memorable is how interactive it is. Visitors can take a turn as the teacher in the one-room schoolhouse, ride in a covered
wagon, and visit the animals in the stable. Throughout the property,
interpreters demonstrate crafts such as blacksmithing, woodworking, and
traditional food preparation.
